Work experience

Ivana joined cee tax management in 2006.

Until that time she worked for the Czech office of a global financial and administrative services firm, the last two years as head of its Management and Domiciliary department.

 

She was responsible for a variety of projects focused on setting-up and operation of corporate structures and has extensive experience in the area of corporate governance including carrying out corporate secretarial duties, maintaining the corporate financial agenda, the preparation of corporate documents, etc.

Ivana has experience in dealing with clients from many different business areas, ranging in size from small traders to large international corporations: Automotive, IT technology, Telecoms, Real Estate, Technical Plastics, Construction. She organised the establishment of the initial operations of a leading international provider of telecommunication services in the Czech Republic.

She assisted regional and international clients with the establishment as well as organization of their subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and fulfilment of corporate secretarial and statutory compliance requirements, including the obtaining of residence and work permits for foreign executives.

Ivana was in charge of daily operations of established as well as newly organised companies starting their business in the Czech Republic. She has extensive experience in dealing with local state authorities: Tax Authorities, Trade License Offices, Commercial Register, Customs Offices, Cadastral Offices, Foreigners’ Police.

In her previous job as head of a department of ten employees that were directly reporting to her, Ivana was responsible for all areas including marketing, negotiations, client handling, financial management and recruitment.

Ivana graduated from Charles University in Prague, faculty of law, in 2009. She also works with a leading international commercial law firm in Prague.
